Great location close to transportation, 7/11 next door, many restaurants and shops nearby, shuttle/bus stations nearby, simple continental breakfast included, friendly staff.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

This hotel is perfectly located close to the railways and Sapporo station, making it a great choice for travelers. the rooms are simple but clean and contain everything you need, including comfortable beds and a good bathroom. the breakfast is a great bonus and offers a simple, but adequate selection of food. the hotel provides a lift and shuttle bus to the airport.
The lobby is not easily accessible and guests have to climb some stairs to reach it.

We loved the hotel's location, which was just a short walk from the main train station and close to transportation options for getting around this city. The breakfast was simple yet satisfying, with delicious soups and cheese buns. We appreciated the coin-operated laundry facilities and found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. this hotel offered great value for the price.
Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel was conveniently located near a subway station and a convenience store. the rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff was helpful, providing us with maps and brochures. the free, flow hot drinks all day, especially during the cold weather, were a nice touch.
Our Christmas stay was dampened by the tiny rooms that barely accommodated us and our luggage. the pillows were lumpy, and the makeshift pajamas were not comfortable.

Great location! Easy access to public transportation and key tourist spots. Staff were polite. The breakfast had a decent variety and selection. Room was clean and maintained daily. I appreciated the presence of a TV and a hairdryer.
The hotel is not conducive to English speakers as staff spoke little to no English. The beds were a bit too firm for my liking.
